Brazier Coffee Roasters

Tom and Claire Brazier’s coffee story began in Australia, where they trained with some of the country’s best roasters.

In 2015, they bought their own Giesen roaster and set up shop in the Somerset countryside. Year after year, the business has grown and taken on more space within the historic Fox Brother’s Mill in Wellington.

They roast hundreds of pounds of beans a week and deliver throughout the South West and as far as London.

With six different blends and three single origins, Brazier has coffee to suit every customer’s palate. Brazier’s beans are sourced directly by visiting farmers in coffee regions throughout the world and paying a premium for delicious coffee.

They understand that their purchasing decisions have a profound impact on the lives of farmers and their communities. The couple are interested in learning about the specific microclimates and processing methods used by coffee producers in each country and region.
