The Catering side of the Butchers shop has been a real focus for the team over the last decade, and has grown to serve local chefs, pubs, restaurants and private dining specialists all over the southwest of England.

These fine food aficionados demand provenance of the meat so they are able to relay the animal’s journey, from field to table, to their customers who are increasingly concerned with their food’s sourcing, lifestyle and welfare.
